Staff Accountant - Lincoln, CA (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire)

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

We are seeking a Staff Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Lincoln, CA. This role offers growth potential and the chance to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Support tax preparation and filings

Qualifications:

  • QuickBooks experience required (Desktop and/or Online) 2+ years of recent experience
  • Some experience with Lacerte for tax preparation preferred 1 year minimum
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting 2-4 years of experience
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
